📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable development and economic growth in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners, to ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate policy development and formulation, ensuring alignment with national and international standards.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung in national and international forums, promoting the region's interests and achievements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Strategic Planning and Policy Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Governor and other provincial officials to address key issues and challenges facing the region.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in strategic planning and policy development, and incorporate these into the provincial's strategic framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, policy development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sustainable development and economic growth.
• Strong understanding of national and international policies and standards, and the ability to apply these to the context of Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in using strategic planning and policy development tools and software, such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and GIS mapping.
• Certification in strategic planning or policy development is a plus.
