📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation, training, and compliance documentation.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, tax filings, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
