📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and administrative processes using SAP HR and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organize and coordinate office events and activities.
• Maintain and manage office supplies and assets.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the HR department in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage office security and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
• Proficient in using SAP HR and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
