📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage a team of 15-20 drivers and logistics coordinators.
Monitor and analyze logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet logistics management.
Proven track record of optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs.
Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using GPS and route optimization software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
