📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, including MRI machines, X-ray systems, and patient monitoring devices.
• Conduct equipment calibration and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical equipment, working closely with our team of medical professionals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and IT departments to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in our electronic health records system.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of medical equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements for medical equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Electromedical Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electromedical technology, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Certification in electromedical technology from a recognized institution, such as the American Board of Medical Equipment Technology (ABMET) or the Indonesian Association of Medical Equipment Technicians (APTIM).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, medical equipment, and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment maintenance software, such as Epicor, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical support and training to healthcare staff.
