📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and changes.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with designers and developers to ensure technical content is accessible and user-friendly.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.,2+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.,Knowledge of API documentation is a plus.
