📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
