📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure uptime and efficiency.,Implement and manage security measures to protect company data and systems.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software solutions.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
