📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nautical operations, ensuring all vessels are ready for sea.
• Manage and mentor a team of nautical officers and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Monitor vessel performance and safety using ECDIS, VTS, and fleet management software.
• Coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure all crew members are properly trained and certified.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in nautical operations.
• STIP (Sertifikat Tanda Ijasah Profesi) certification is required.
• Proven experience in managing a team of nautical officers and engineers.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Familiarity with ECDIS, VTS, and fleet management software.
