📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and supervising a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Planning and coordinating routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitoring vehicle maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are in safe working condition.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods.
  • Promoting a positive and safe working environment for all team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Driver in the transportation industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of drivers.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to safety and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to use and maintain vehicle maintenance records and other relevant data.
