📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health center protocols.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance and patient outcomes.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of health programs and initiatives.
  • Providing leadership and support to team members in times of crisis or high-stress situations.
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to use healthcare management software.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language.
