Resto Fitri Sembako is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in training and development to grow and develop their career in a supportive and engaging work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff members during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development (optional for recent graduates).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within Sulawesi Selatan.
