Shop One Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Sleman. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Resolve conflicts and address team issues promptly and effectively.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with team performance metrics and KPIs.,Experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
