Urban Link Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pontianak. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, managing a team of staff, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, by monitoring customer feedback and making improvements where necessary.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed, and that staff are trained and knowledgeable in these areas.,Work closely with the Head Office to ensure that branch performance is aligned with company goals and objectives.,Ensure that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage the branch budget, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.,Familiarity with the banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely, in a hybrid environment.
