In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices in operations management, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize all aspects of manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing operations in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with supply chain management software, such as JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
