📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of employee services activities.
  • Provide support to the HR team in managing employee records and information.
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  • Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Assist in the handling of employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the HR team in the administration of employee leave and attendance.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to employee services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of employee services policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about customer service and eager to learn.
