📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and drive customer engagement.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
