📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and enhance performance.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
