Pacific Plastic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Palembang. As a Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the recruitment and selection process, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
