📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to transactions and payments.,Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile daily cash deposits and withdrawals.,Maintain a clean and organized cash handling area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires in cash handling and customer service.,Participate in inventory management tasks, including counting and recording cash and coin.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
