📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Represent the company at various events and meetings, both internally and externally.,Ensure the branch adheres to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
