Overseeing the daily operations and activities of the department,Managing and mentoring a team of staff to ensure high performance and productivity,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and allocation,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to staff,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives,Representing the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving performance,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices,Proficient in using computer software and tools for data analysis and reporting
