📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the team leader in managing and coordinating team activities,Ensure that team goals are met and that team members are productive and engaged,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that team projects are completed on time and within budget,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures,Provide support to the team leader in any other duties as needed
