📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer service and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and sales records.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
