In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Manage budgets and ensure profitability of the store.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
