📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design and deliver effective training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall HR strategy.,Create and maintain learning and development materials, including training manuals, presentations, and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including managers and employees.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
