Cafe Maya Sate is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Assess employee training needs and develop customized training programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English
