📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store operations including inventory, staffing, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.
  • Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales figures.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve store performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.
  • Passionate about retail and customer service.
