📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and training.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Manage branch budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
