📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance schedules, and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and documentation.,Support in the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet maintenance and repair activities.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
