• Managing clinic cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records
• Processing patient payments and insurance claims
• Handling refunds and handling cash transactions
• Assisting in inventory management and ordering
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Maintaining confidentiality and data security
• Assisting in clinic administration tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with healthcare industry and insurance processes
